Refund policy

If you buy the full report and it is not useful to you, reply to your receipt within 30 days and I will refund it in full. There is no form to fill in, no questionnaire, and you will not be asked to justify the request or to prove you read it.

“Not useful” is entirely your call. It covers the season looking wrong to you, the palette not suiting you in practice, the report telling you less than you hoped, or simply changing your mind. I would rather refund $19 than have you feel you were talked into something.

Reply to the Stripe receipt that arrived when you paid, or email [email protected]. One line is plenty — “refund please” is enough. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, and Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days to return it to your statement.

You keep anything you have already downloaded or printed. Nothing is clawed back.

Partly fairness: you are being asked to pay $19 up front by a site you have probably never heard of, for something an in-person consultant charges $150–$500 for. A refund promise is the least I can do to make that a fair trade rather than a leap of faith.

Partly honesty about the method. An online colour analysis is good, not perfect — the method page sets out exactly where it is uncertain, and why undertone is the hard part. If the measurement misses on you, that is my problem to absorb, not yours to pay for.

Nothing to refund — your season, your confidence score, the runner-up, the starter palette and the draping view against all twelve palettes are free, with no account and no payment details. Start there and only pay if you want the full palette and the plan that goes with it.
